Bob’s non-traditional career path started as a high school dropout. He now holds a BA from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Leadership. He is a retired Army mustang major – military slang for an officer who started his military career as an enlisted man and then earned his commission. He is a serial entrepreneur having started, built and sold a number of businesses, with significant experience in the financial services industry. Bob’s personal mission statement is to create value that will impact lives and enjoy the people and process.

When Pamela is not investing in others professionally, she is volunteering, hiking, paddling and working on an organic farm to table food production goal.
